Venting Cant believe i made it another year

i assume a lot of people feel similar?
I've had plans to ctb for a long time but things were looking slightly better for a while up until nerve pain made it worse again. i don't know why i'm tormenting myself each day by continuing on. curiosity? SI? probably both, idk.
i really hope i'm not here posting the same thread next year.
