Help Can you get brain damage from failed FULL hanging?

I've read that you can get brain damage if you fail in partial hanging or if someone finds you before you die. Is this applicable for FULL hanging also?

Yeah you're right. I'm sorry, it was a pretty dumb question.
Fear of brain damage is the only thing keeping me here else I would have hung myself a long time ago :/

I would just make sure that no one can find me and that the rope is tied well

Make a plan, obtain supplies and test/practice your plan. With hanging, alone time is as crucial as rope and knots.
