Can you do a partial hanging on a bunk bed?

There are metal bars on the bed above me, I was thinking I tie something on the bar, and lean forward like in this video. Distance is only 2.5 feet.

I guess SI, I can get on my knees, but with a necktie and if I pass out, it seems doable?

Sort of like this. Also anyone know what type of knock restraint she is using?
