Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I cannot go into details about why I need to do so but I'm wondering if it will flag anything up for airport security ?(checked in with the suitcases of course)

It shouldn't be an issue if it's in checked baggage. Worst case scenario they confiscate it but highly unlikely as it has a valid use as a food additive. If they did confiscate it, they would just leave a note in your bag.

I guess a note could help, but what should it say? It's not common for the average passenger to pack a food additive.

If its in your checking, no, because carrying it is legal. If its in your carry-on thats when security might start questioning

TSA would leave a note stating an item was removed.

There's nothing prohibited about SN for checking or carry-on. It might raise flags because it's an unknown substance. The are zero rules against it TSA-wise. Outside the US I'm not sure.

šŸ”„ SN is explosive ! If they find it, you will be in big trouble ā€¼ļø
They would think you were planning a terrorist attack on a plane or at the airport.

I have considered it too, as I will have a trip in Poland soon but it would be too many risk and issues. I have given up.

You could buy it there and send a package to your home address. But if you don“t live in an EU country customs would check the package.
Another option is MBE mail forwarding.

SN is not illegal but it could act as an oxidant (oxydizing) and therefore could be restricted in the checked baggage. However it's not an illegal substance and probably will not be detected.

So i did some research and found that airport security will see inorganic matter (SN) as a certain colour and organic matter(including drugs another). By that logic, carrying sn shouldnt flag anything of interest to them because it is inorganic. I carried a stack of book once inside my carry-on luggage and they checked it (paper is organic).

If this logic holds, I think flying with SN might be ok
