Help Can this be used as replacement for AE in SN method?

So I have these capsules with following composition Pantoprazole(40.0 Mg) + Domperidone(30.0 Mg)
Could I use them instead of just AE dose of 3x10mg ? Online digging says the capsules start working after 40-50minutes and are prolonged release
Also don't have benzos,are they essential?
