Help Can someone tell me how can I tie a rope from only those two basic t-shirts?

As in title. I need help. I'm in psych ward right now so I can't have and use any other stuff to make a rope. I want to be dead so badly it's insane. Please someone tell me it's possible to tie a rope from these two shirts

Not enough material. Even if you did manage a "rope" from them, what kind of psych ward would have places from which you could hang?

Anyway, I recommend that you stop trying to think of an escape when there is currently none. I can't pretend to know your issues, but I do know that this desperation is precisely why you should avoid suicide for now.
