I'm at my wit's end. Every direction is a dead end, and things are getting worse by the day. I think I barely have the energy to put a great deal of effort into my exit. I just need a little direction. I purchased the sodium nitrite awhile ago. I just want to know — is this method going to hurt? Because I just want to pass easily.

Unfortunately, there is no clear answer on this issue. The majority say that if you do everything right, there is no unbearable pain. But they just say it. It is impossible to know.

This is my issue with sn. I understand how you are feeling but for me I just don't have the resources to go how I want. I hate having to worry about stuff. I already deal with super bad anxiety, like to the point where I couldn't even finish school. SN seems like one of the worst methods and idk why it's talked about so much on here.

What I understand from all the research I have done, you can expect some vomiting and nausea. Besides that, I haven't read yet any other major symptoms that may be painful.

However, this is something that the vast majority cannot do.
And I am among that majority.

Apart from that, as far as I can see, SN attracts great attention. For this, it is necessary to have some prescription drugs. At least the majority are that way. For example, I don't have access to them.
I have a list of medications I have, but they are not among the medications in these guidelines.
And I don't know which ones I should use among the ones I have.
As a result, SH, but I have not yet decided whether it is a correct and easy method.

Did you read any of the threads of people who died using that? Their goodbye threads? It wasn't painful. it seems* painful for people who mess it up for one reason or another and will probably never know why, maybe they didn't even do it, how can we really know?. The most recent goodbye I can think of int SN that I saw on here, they did everything right, but got found out and woke up in the hospital, they said in their thread that it wasn't painful. Please look up cocoToxbase goodbye thread and see what they reported. Maybe you will find it useful or educational.

Oh, you must be talking about the anti-nausea meds I've read you need. I don't know if what I have will be sufficient or not. I was kind of hoping I wouldn't need it, but I probably do.

Oh, you must be talking about the anti-nausea meds I've read you need. I don't know if what I have will be sufficient or not. I was kind of hoping I wouldn't need it, but I probably do.

I have medicine for nausea. Active ingredient: 10 mg metoclopramide HCl

But other than that, I don't have access to benzos. The list of medications found at home is available here.

Please explain and show links to proof that SN is a terrible way to go. It may not be for everyone but has been quite successful for many on here and other places with little to no discomfort. It's in the PPeH for a reason. If the correct protocol is followed it most likely is as peaceful as any. We'd all like N but that's a unicorn unless you can travel to South America. All methods have their plusses and minuses. What is your preferred way if I may ask?

From what I have seen personally there wasn't a lot of suffering. Headache and heart rate up. But there wasn't extreem pain reported

Depending where you are at there are reliable sources fron on line pharmacies no script required. Meto is not a high risk drug so fairly easy to get. Shipping time may be a little long tho.

I stand corrected. This is true. We all have our own interpretations of events. What is easy for one may be hard for another.

There is a thread with compilation of SN attempts, successful and unsuccessful. From those even after using meds suggested unbearable pain was reported in some cases. It has high mortality rate but not really painless or peaceful every time.

I've been reading a lot of threads on SN because I've decided that's going to be my method. From everything I've read, some say it is relatively painless, others have a headache and some chest pain. I think it probably depends on the person and how closely you follow the instructions and whether you take all of the recommended medications. We also don't know how painful it is once the person is no longer able to move or talk, so can't demonstrate in any way whether it's painful for them after that or not.

I've seen some reports of more permanent damage if it fails.... ringing in the ears and brain issues. I imagine it could really mess up the stomach too. I struggle to believe some of the reports from people who did it with no lasting issues. This is part of what scares me.

I don't understand why anti nausea meds are so hard to find, I mean can't you just go to a doctor and say you have issues with nausea
