In a glass vial probably. I'd keep it in the bottle it comes in though, unless it's necessary.
If you are using capsules do not prepare them until a couple days before your ctb date. SN is known to make gel capsules disintegrate.Many years if kept dry. I'd leave it unmixed till you're ready. It takes seconds to add 100ml of water and stir well.
The recommended dose in the June ppeh is now 15g
