Can sodium nitrate work instead of nitrite?

Where I live, Nitrite isn't available easily to buy online, it's only available for labs in small quantity or it's available in 25-50kg for industrial use ig, neither I can access, but Sodium Nitrate is easily available on amazon to buy.

if use it in high enough quantity like 100g mixed with water can it work theoretically, idk how will I take it but, is it toxic enough?
if someone has any idea on that pls help, thankss

No unfortunately~ That's the reason why the people trying to deny our choices are restricting industrial-grade sodium nitrite and not the 6% stuff typically used for meat curing (altho, I personally prefer industrial-grade for my hobby)~

You have a infinite better chance of ctb from precipitating a 6% sn solution to ~50% sn than turning nitrate to sn and using that

Sodium Nitrite has a very specific effect on a chemical called Hemoglobin in your blood. This is the chemical that carries oxygen around your body. The SN turns it into a different chemical called Methemoglobin, making it ineffective at transporting oxygen. This is how SN kills. Sodium Nitrate is a different chemical that does not have this effect.

An update,
I just ordered nitrite from a local chemical supplier's site, I just posed as a student needing it for scientific stuff, and they shipped it somehow, careless of them, it's laboratory grade as they say it like 97% pure, hopefully that ends it for me.

they took my national id for verification tho, I hope I don't get police on my door instead lol
