I still live with my parents and after a few failed attempts they're on constant high alert. I know for sure they wouldn't allow me to fly anywhere by myself even though I'm a grown adult. They don't trust me and would be very suspicious of my intentions, they would know what the trip is for the second I bring it up. I really don't know what to do about it because I can't move anywhere else soon enough.

If I go to the airport without telling them, like making them belive I went to work, can they do anything about it? can they stop me with involvement of the police?

Depends on where you are and the specific laws where you live but I'd just go without telling them. You're an adult. It's really not their business.

true, I was just worried how it is when it overseas.

I was worried they might be able to get involved because they've already done that in the past (when I was 19) - they called the ambulance on me when I wasn't physically hurt just because I was suicidal and I was forced to either join the paramedics and take a ride with them to the hospital or get there by myself and then I was manipulated into getting "voluntarily" hospitilized.

But yeah, I just need to make it to the plane before they notice I'm gone and it'll work out

maybe off topic but i'd suggest to go for an ayahuasca/dmt trip once there. i once booked a trip there only for this reason but it got cancelled.
afterwards i got DMT of the darknet and it blew my mind. FYI the DMT is the chemical that gets released by your brain at moment of death. supposedly aids transition to the next state, whatever that is.

OP I wouldn't recommend this is if you are truly certain you want to leave this place. Surely taking any of these other substances may make matters even worse and may hinder your abillity to get the N.
LSD and DMT can be VERY harmful if taken in the wrong context.

Unless you are under a "conservatorship" your decisions are legally your own. If you are financially independent and you plan a trip to anywhere (including South America) that is your business alone. Where I am living now, It's about a 6 1/2 hour flight to get to Lima. Not too long of a trip.
