Can it be this easy to buy SN?

In Aus…Found a Polish site that sells SN online & ships via UPS (anywhere in the world apparently …at your own risk), no signature on delivery required…
So my only problem will be customs stopping it because it's either been detected by Xray or sniffer dog…. 72hr psych hold doesn't bother me if the parcel actually gets through … it can easily be camouflaged as something else.
