Help can i still guarantee OD?

i took around 5,000 mg of acetaminophen and 200 mg of DPH. i know it won't kill me but will i at least get organ damage/failure? i found another pill of DPH and i think i'm gonna take it. the only symptoms i have right now is constipation, stomach aches and loss of appetite. i haven't gone to the hospital and i'm not sure if i should go or not.

Please don't take it as an advice. If I were in the same situation, and were able to endure the pain and get %100 death, I would continue.

Really worried about you, I don't know what's best but, if you do get organ damage, I hope it's not very painful...

I would go to a&e. you are risking organ damage, but it is unlikely to kill you. They can reverse the effects of any potential damage

I remember having fasted for 10 days due to lack of food in the area at that time. Only water. I thought I would get an organ damage. But I was fine.
