I have my sn. I have my meto. I have kitchen scale.

I am a large person. I wight 225 lbs at 5'8. Considering I must consume 35 grams of SN, Can I measure 70 grams of water in a cup and dissolve my SN in it?

I don't see where the problem is: your kitchen scale will measure 70 grams easily, which is 70 cc (or ml) exactly.
