I still have my pills somewhere in my old bag from last time. IIRC one of them was iron 400mg pills. Thanks for the info though, I appreciate it. Guess thats one more method away for me.
Despite a lot of discussion on this forum going on I'm still placing my bets on opioids/benzos - with the right protocol and enough time alone I think the chances of success should be significant enough to be worth a try.
Yeah, I did hear about how OD's are painful. I dont have much methods around aside from maybe a gun. but I get your point.

have you looked at the suicide resources? one of the threads stickied on the suicide discussion board. not only does it talk about good methods, it also talks about what methods not to use and bad practice that will leave you hurt. sorry to assume, but since you're considering OD, you haven't read them, right?

mod note: this has been added to the suicide resource compilation at the top. This has been made in response to the ever increasing amount of posts made about highly unlikely methods. Please read before posting about one of these methods or feel free to link if someone does post about them...

I'm pretty sure it's listed as a non-method not to be attempted. And I've read a number of goodbye posts written by people overdosing on insulin. They were all so sure it would work. But they were all back the next day saying how shocked & disappointed they were to still be alive.
