• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

    Donate via cryptocurrency:

I've tried the medication + therapy combo and nothing has worked long term. Can anything else really be done to improve one's symptoms?

What kind of therapy have you tried? Perhaps it hasn't addressed the root cause of your depression…?

I think if you can find some purpose in life, that could keep you going even if you have a tendency to be depressed. There would need to be some strong motivation for you to want to stick around

Maybe you should post this in the recovery section. It sounds like a recovery question. To me feeling depressed can be a rational response to life circumstances rather than a 'mental illness'. The existence of life in itself is depressing.
