Can buying SN cause a wellness check?

For context I'm in Poland and I can buy SN pretty easily online.
I found a website on which I can order it but I obviously have to put in my address and I'm wondering whether it could result in a wellness check or something like that

As far as im aware, SN wellness checks only occur if you've ordered from Kenneth Law before he got arrested. You should be fine unless that dealer gets arrested some time in the future too. They probably wont as unlike Kenneth Law, these dealers are often legitimate companies selling culinary supplies.

SN is legal in the UK, otherwise you wouldn't be able to buy it at all. The meat curing industry would go apeshit if SN went off the market in the UK. It would mean no locally smoked or cured ham or baloney.

Even if SN gets banned, other nitrites might work as they rely on the same reaction to make meats have the distinct 'cured' color.

Some members had reported they had wellness checks in the UK. But this also happend to a member in Germany who ordered SN from outside the EU. The person was charged with importing an illegal substance, although it´s not a crime to own SN.

The UK is not a EU country anymore. So if you order from any other country, UK customs would be involved.

It may be more likely if it's an import and maybe some countries are becoming more aware of it.

Having said that- a welfare check obviously isn't nice but it doesn't always mean that they will either confiscate it or- send you to the psyche ward. The check I had went as well as it could have- neither of those happened. That said- it likely depends on whether you are already on their radar and- who you get on the day.

Maybe- once you've made some more posts, you could use the search bar to see what people have been reporting recently. I feel like it's likely as time goes on that our authorties will clamp down harder on it. Still- while it isn't illegal- I expect they're restricted as to what they can do. Presumably that will be what they're pushing for though- to make it a licensed product for businesses or something. Expect a lot of home curing businesses will be popping up then!

Australia and NZ are the worst right now. Censorship is strong in these countries.
