Just went to the gym and there's a 11/10 woman wearing skin-tight clothes and possibly chatting with a boyfriend in the gym. I manage to focus on my cardio rather than crash out like I would have done a few years ago. Is that enough psychological damage to face in the course of 30 minutes? Obviously not, too easy of a challenge! So naturally I have to make brief eye contact with another 11/10 as I step out of the gym, she also has to carry a bag with the logo of the college I dropped out of due to emotional pain from not being able to form relationships/have a social life/etc (a symbol of what could have been if I had made slightly different choices/had some more help from whoever/different genetics/etc/etc). Cool!
After this amazing gym experience, I do have an unopened bottle of wine so I guess I'll numb the pain by 50% or so by having a few drinks. I know I should meditate instead and would recommend that instead of drinking to anyone reading this!
Oh, and the day before yesterday I went for a walk to not be sedentary 100% of the time unless lifting at the gym. I spotted like 2 or 3 more 11/10s and a female-female-female-male constellation. What a time to be alive!
