Can 10mg of oral Minoxidil make my heart weak or something?

So I need to start taking it for my hair loss. I have no prior health conditions as such- no blood pressure problems. Will 10mg give me any heart complications?

I am choosing 10mg because it's the only dosage available to me currently (under the government medication I opt for)

I know minoxidil will kill your libido and comes with quite a bit of side effects. Please be aware of all of them before you take it.

When I considered taking it at one point of time, my doctor just wouldn't allow it.

Prescribed range of this med can range between 10 - 40mg when being used to address hypertension. There are plenty of side effects reported by some users, however I've not heard of heart problems amongst them.
For hair loss the initial dosage would usuallybe much lower.
