  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

This article REALLY highlights the potential struggle that some people may face in the UK when they are considering Dignitas as a means of ending their suffering.

Many People are desperate and dying. People are suffering in pain.

it seems obvious to me that upho!ding the law that safeguards the sanctity of life, has no place for compassion for our fellow humanbeings. Instead, we see desperate people in the most appalling circumstances, struggling, dying without dignity.

It really is terrible what suffering people have to go through, to be able to leave this world with dignity. You are right, zero compassion. Obviously these people aren't taking dying lightly, to jump through all those hoops in hopes of having a peaceful end.
