Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

The man who died after taking it in Arizona didn't buy human grade. He bought the stuff used to clean fish tanks with. I'm not all together sure but his desperately ill wife said they took 5 times the dosage of the human grade drug. Don't know if that helps.
