Venting Buying antiemetic for SN today

I'm feeling even more worthless and pathetic that usual, so I'm gonna buy antiemetic (domperidone) later today. I already have SN, so that's the last thing I need to CTB.
Realistically I probably won't have enough courage any time soon, but hopefully knowing I have everything to finally end my worthless existence will make life feel a little easier.

Good luck! I found an antiemetic pretty easy to come by where I live just recently, just wish I could get onto an SN source in Australia

Are you from the US? I have my SN covered but I need AEs. If you could DM me your source I would appreciate it beyond anything, if you aren't getting it from a prescription

Not from US unfortunately. Can only wish you best luck finding AEs :(
