brain damage and isolation

i have those 2 problems too.. in 2020 i did some thing super stupid to cause me to have a stroke and it caused severe brain damage and it was the worst thing that has ever happened in my life.. i have to deal trying to power through my brain damage constantly now all the time.. i just actually was planning on CTB a few days ago and found out i am WAY too terrified to die still for some reason (not sure why i am so scared to do it, because i have a strong belief in spirit world and that i'll be fine once i'm actually dead)..

and i used to have a lot of friends but then we all went our separate ways eventually and all my family is dead too now (mom died 1.5 years ago) and so i've been lonely for years and years and it's getting depressing.. i do have fun playing games though; it gives me some thing to do and keeps me entertained..

i do talk in some chat rooms on the internet though so that also kind of helps me cope a little..
