Digital hygiene is the most important thing when it comes to being online, especially on forums like this. I've been a huge advocate for digital privacy in real life for as long as I can remember. If there already is none I might write an extensive thread here on how to take back your digital rights and how to be private online

Cold compresses, without direct contact with the skin, can help; I used to do that on mine.
