She is doing a little better. My mental health is slowly declining because lack of sleep also messes me up.

Do you have insomnia or something like that? I can't really go more than 24 hours without sleep before I completely crash. Recently I've been sleeping very little because of some deadlines at work... the days have been exhausting without being able to get proper rest.

When an event happens, it can trigger insomnia for me. I was on a proper sleeping schedule until this happened
