dreamt about my cat. i'd be sad but i got to see him again, even if it wasn't real, and i'm happy. how is everyone else?

oh dear lord hope studying goes well. if you're comfortable sharing, what are you going to college/uni for?

i've got some really nice ones. one that comes to mind instantly is that, when i'm stressed, he'll cuddle up by my neck, kiss my nose/tears and we'll lay down until i'm feeling okay... and then i'll wake up to him suffocating me, curled up on my face like a shrimp and purring. i'm really going to miss that. i actually slept with a pillow he uses to sleep on tonight; it's got his fur on it and i just don't have the heart to wash it.

and i really appreciate it, but it's... a lot more grim than this. my cat started peeing on the couch because he doesn't like my father's girlfriend, who recently moved in with us, and my dad decided to get rid of him. i'd be grieving a lot less if he had peacefully passed.

thank you. god i think about him every day. he went somewhere safe and i hope he finds a family that will love him. i don't know what's in the afterlife, but the ex-catholic part of me hopes i'll see him there one day
