Very bad. Today I have my first visit to a psychologist and I don't know how to behave. Should I explain it to him in a way that will make him leave me alone, or should I tell him the truth, but then it will open Pandora's box and that's the last thing he needs?

this entirely depends on how much power this psychologist has over you. i would be careful regardless, but if they can institutionalize you, withhold all information that would give them reason to. for example, thoughts of suicide and/or self-harming can get you in a psych ward

First visits are never really like opening Pandora's box, as in you need some trust before fully expressing things. But, that also depends on your perspective about it, was it a personal request from you to seek a psychologist? If so, you can start slow and say life's not that great.

this is also true and important to consider! first visits are just ice breakers; your psychologist will want to get to know you before delving into things like trauma (it might be brought up, but you won't be asked to get into gorey detail about it.)

I talk a damn lot due to my anxiety form monophobia but I am very reserved by nature and just like socializing. It took a long time from my abuse and terrifying neglect but I can help :D

i understand... it's a learned skill to keep a lid on these things. "i may go to a ward if i say something bad" is a great motivator. i can't give you helpful advice other than telling you to understand/remember what might happen if you do say something

Hehehe I started perhaps two days ago. I'm actually still new in general to all the games but my favorite is the counting game xD (you know remove one boy or non-binary and add one girl x))) I was surprised thinking this was a similar one. I'm already in the deep counting game (111,000+ right now and @LionsTigersAndBears is literally quite amazing ) but yes I will be quite warm here too ((:

I have black hair with purple pinkish dyed bits in it. My clothes are of a dark and emo aesthetic. I have a dog.
