guh he never carries his phone ANYWHERE so i can't call him to see what's going on. best case scenario he's doing some very belated grocery shopping at nearly 10 in the evening. i'm hoping he stops by where he left my cat and brings him back home but that's just never going to happen.

I have gotten more used to green noise and other sounds so it's not working. I worry if I do lots of work I will get burnt out again so I am trying to control my workaholic tendencies.

he got rid of him today. took him to the aspca. i'm devastated, but at least it wasn't a kill shelter. and speaking of which, my dad just got home.

it's an american association for rescuing animals that have been through abuse/cruelty. which, hilariously, is what my father has put my cat through and he refuses to admit it. either way, my cat is much better off there than he is here. my dad can't hurt him anymore, and that's what matters most at the end of the day.
