I did go to sleep, its just mainly emotional fatigue and sick of being trapped in this suffering limbo where I don't know how to manage it or recover or ctb.

However I may have a chance to buy SN if I can try find my card or try and get my details by asking family to sell some of my plushies as I have wanted to do that at some point so it won't be suspicious. I could buy a PO box to get the SN without them knowing about it as I live near to a royal mail centre and could go there on my dog walk on my own.
