ough been there. maybe try some green noise and count down from 100 in your head? that's what i do. if i fixate on just counting and nothing else, i'm out in literally minutes when it typically takes me 2 or so hours to fall asleep.

since the first time you suggested green noise, I started using them occasionally to clear my mind, they do help, so thank you so much!
