628 okay I feel a bit better. Sorry I been paranoid about doing anything wrong and wanting to self isolate cus I got a warning without fully understanding why I got it. I am so scared of doing anything wrong cus I don't want to cause issues and don't want to increase my feelings of guilt and self-hatred.

536 the rules to me are so confusing. cus some of the stuff mentioned in them I feel like people are doing often and they don't get warnings or their posts deleted so I don't know if a rule is actually something you are not supposed to do or just written there to give a "we are definitely pro-life and not giving info about suicide at all" message to outsiders?
