489 thank you <3 I do feel a bot better from yesterday but still want to try hanging today and every night from now on, even if it doesn't work its good to practice it for when I can attempt with more motivation.

I did and felt like I was able to hang myself for longer but the bar in my wardrobe has broke cus of this attempt. I don't know what to do now and worried I don't have a method now and I am truly trapped here with no way to get better or to ctb
