143 - sorry for the late response, I slept on my phone yesterday.
I'm gonna partial hang myself next to my bed. I tried a few tweaks here and there until I found a specific way that made me the closest to passing out conveniently, been planning for over 2 months now, gonna use a bathrobe belt and socks as padding.
