BLASPHEMY! (joking) Its just milk is what I have mostly drank throughout my entire life and it comforts me a lot. Tho maybe I shouldn't have drank so much as I would prefer to be shorter.

Actually, there is one kind of yogurt that I like so much that I use it more as a dessert than a breakfast thing. I'm not a huge cheese lover, though just the basic ones.

to be honesty don't like just plain cheese and is the main reason why I don't like pizza. I like stuff with cheese sauce tho. Never had yogurts

Yea low fat greek yogurt + fruit + chocolate + almonds/cashews/peanut butter + sometimes oatmeal is a goated nutritious breakfast!
