Mentally depleted. Rough afternoon yesterday and then I was so tired mentally and physically and yet somehow had trouble sleeping. I'm sure I'll be a mess most of today lol. How are you?

Congrats. I really wished I had your determination right now. I'm totally stuck in mind limbo and also feeling shit physically due to my self care going down the drain lately – and psychosomatically experiencing what is going on inside my head, I guess...
