It is okay. Tinnitus and Hyperacusis. It got louder on the 5. of December. A lot. since then i couldn't really rest anymore. That is also the reason i am here, unfortunately.

not to thank for anything. It should be normal to ask this questions and also really want to know, if something is going on in their lifes. Not the unempathic "you have to say "i'm fine" and that's it" bs nowadays. So if i ask someone "how you feel?" i am really happy if the answer to that question is honest - but i understand also, that these are very private topics and everyone is different. I just hate the smalltalk thing, where you surely know, that they don't want to hear anything about it.

oh, shit, tinnitus and hyperacusis are not being taken seriously enough, i'm sorry you have to live through this, not being able to sleep anymore because of that (among other things) must be really distressing;
and yes on here I suppose we can be more honest about how we feel without necessarily talking about the reasons why if we don't feel like it or just for privacy purposes
