How I really feel? It's biggest waste of time ever, where they don't understand anything and invalidate problems, are deluded into thinking life is something always good and death is bad, fluffing useless at giving you the thing you actually need cus there is a 2 year+ waiting list, that things like going out more and socialising with others is going to help everyone.

Yeah, actually finding a therapist and psychiatrist is so difficult here. And then it really sucks when you end up, hating them and not going through with it.
Half of us need the help so that we can actually go out and socialize!!!
