tl;dr i woke up in the morning and my head felt extremely heavy and i felt like i was going to vomit, so i ended up sleeping (even though closing my eyes and feeling my body fall asleep made it So Much Worse). so then i talk to my dad about how he can tell the difference between a food craving and "i need this or else i'm going to feel like garbage" (he's diabetic), and... well it turns out, no i do in fact have to eat the super sugary sweet thing after 3 hours of flopping around in bed like a fish or i will feel sick until i do

it is but it's so stupid i just cannot help but laugh. i was restricting myself from eating (i'm an ex-bulimic; trying to not binge eat) for the entire week and so this (being super sick) was the result. i do have to give in to the food cravings and that is so funny to me. like imagine trying to explain to someone, "hey yes i have to binge eat all these super sugary foods or i will get horribly sick". vertigo and nausea can be helped by drinking half a can of redbull. this is so STUPID

FACTS! only thing i've brought myself to cry over recently is my cat. but nothing else. the trauma scares the shit out of me but i love taking the piss out of the people who've hurt me (i.e. my family)... and now since i'm in contact with my cousin, we both regularly do this because he's been through some shit too. THANKFULLY not nearly as intense as what i had to deal with, but still
