Mostly yes, I do feel that way, but even when just looking at myself in the mirror, whenever I see any fat on my belly/face (of which there is an appropriate amount), I just get mad at myself for not sticking to a diet/fasting/compulsively overeating. I do not do sports because of both heart issues and just mentally not being in the zone for it, I've tried, it brought me from mentally exhausted to physically and mentally exhausted. I did volleyball for 6 years and dropped it after I stopped enjoying it and got a cardiologist to diagnose me. (Don't worry, the problems are minute and don't affect my day-to-day life, but physical activities leave me lightheaded, dizzy and gasping for air)
Anyway, I just hope that I get a sharper face and a better belly. Going to push myself further and further into restrictions until that happens, then I'm going to start dressing up cutely :3
