Not exactly about suicide but I recommend "In Case You Get Hit By A Bus" which contains a lot of useful information and resources about how to prepare things like your possessions and digital information and stuff. Presumably it's for people with a terminal illness or something but there's still enough helpful information for anyone who's ready or at least willing to be prepared to die.
