Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It cost me $800 but I will have access to 500 ft with no barriers. But I am afraid of heights. I spend all day reading methods on the Internet. I have read of two successful cases of people beating their heads in with hammers. I am not sure if I can see that through the end. I feel stupid for asking this but could I use a dumbbell to beat the back of my head in? Tips? I haven't found anything searching so I am sure it is wishful, desperate thinking. TIA

Not effective. You could lose consciousness before inflicting enough damage leading to permanent disability. It's not replicable enough to be considered a reliable method
