Looks like some countries in Europe do not require a permit in order to buy black powder guns (Serbia, France, Poland). Now, they might require that you are a resident (I am from none of those countries).
1. Do you guys think it might be worth a road trip around the gun shops of those countries to hope that they sell me one? Maybe one of the sellers would just think "eh, what the hell." and just sell me one without me being a local. Anyone from these countries has some more insight on this? And also on the black powder itself?
2. Is death by black powder gun as doable as it is with a normal gun? Are there more risks?

Thank you!
