Like I said I'm so exhausted thinking about methods , racking my brain trying to find sources and resources and all the research is hard to do when you are in such a suicidal state of mind, everything is difficult to do…

I can't help you with the link but know exactly what it's like finding everything so difficult to do when feeling this way. It's a horrible place to be. I hope you're able to find what you're looking for.
