better suicide method

currently i have no much better methods and i genuinely hope this time i can actually be courageous for once in my life in smth useful anyways should i jump off the roof or stab myself i just need to know which one is more painless?
i actually am also trying to do passive slow death(smoking just to die by ling cancer) so idk if this can be more benficial for the next question which is if anyone knows the name of a typical type of medical pills (just give me the chemical name of it) that can be painless to die with?
so yeah if anyone can answer both of these question this will be much appreciated
im thinking of posting a whole post consisting of my nihilistic suicidal ideation thoughts in case i finely gathered the courage to end it so yeah

Medication ODs do not work most of the time. People who die from medication ODs are either elderly or have some pre-existing medical conditions. You are far more likely to live and have some long-lasting effects than die.

so as far as im seeing the better current method is by jumping off the roof considering both medications and stabbing arent that effective

Another close one is drowning and there was someone who jumped 8 stories and survived so it better be taller then 8 stories.

sadly im skilled at swimming and 8 story building sounds too hard to find im thinking of more towards stabbing but on specefic vital organs cuz this sounds the most accessible so far

Ok, I see you joined two years ago, but did you ever take the time to familiarize yourself with this site? The way you pose your questions, it sounds like you either have no way to get access to any methods, or you haven't read the suicide resource compilation and the other stickied posts on this site, or both.

Also, I've known of smokers who lived into their 80's and 90's, so I wouldn't count on it to remove you from this world any time soon.
