Hi; a couple of questions about beta blockers in use with SN. I know propanolol is considered the standard protocol, and as of now I have 630mg. However, they are in 10mg tablets. Would it be best to crush them and/or dissolve in water, or try to take them as is?

I also have access to a substantial number of 80mg sotalol tablets. I understand these have different pharmacodynamics and don't have the exact sort of "slowing" effects of propanolol, but is there any reason one might opt for those over the propanolol? A search on here turned up very few mentions of this particular beta blocker, probably for good reason.

Thanks in advance.
