'The best ways'.. it's pretty subjective.. what sort of method do you have in mind? As has already been said there are a lot of resources here.. also a lot of caring people who you can talk to.Ok this is my first! Probably won't be my last either. This site would be a worse place if we didn't try to encourage people to consider their options carefully and explore all options...
It would also make the site much harder to defend when people criticise it.

I have ideas ie like hanging but you gotta get the right position for it too he quick.To get a general overview of methods, you might also want to refer to the peaceful pill handbook :

People can answer questions however you will still have to do your research. The "best way" for one person may not be for another person.
I recommend you do some of your own research. There is plenty of information available. The search bar at the top with the magnifying glass is your friend.

There is no best way to ctb. All methods have their pros and cons. Your best solution will be to do research on the various methods and deduce which method will be right for you. Research will become your new best friend.

Anyway I don't think there is a best way, different methods work better with different people. Like I don't find hanging or partial suspension very appealing, so I've a different plan. Also don't get the wrong idea, there has been more media scrutiny on this site recently so members have to be more careful with the wording or suggestions, the site could get in trouble. The reason we'd prefer to know is just a check to see if your sure and not acting impulsively. Unfortunately you have to do your own research and find a solution that suits you. All the info is out there though.Last edited:

I don't think you understand what this forum is all about. Nobody is going to try to make you do something you don't want to do. Including "talk you out of it" because you let them get to know you. But if you just want to get your info and move on, that's ok, too. Asking what brought you here was just a friendly gesture.
As others have said, your best bet is to check out the resources and do some research. Search and read the forum. Then if you have specific questions, ask.Similar threads
