Hi all, I got myself a prescription for Reglan/Metoclopramide for the SN method: 30 pills, 5mg each. What's the best way to test the pills to check for adverse side effects? Should I try the standard dose (5-10 mg, 1-2 tablets) or the stat dose amount for SN (30 mg, 6 tablets)? Is it better to test them on an empty or full stomach?
