Note: this is just suggestions on how to take the cocktail, if you feel that these are crap, just ignore it.

Basically I like chloroquine cocktail, but due to its fast acting, or fast death, there's the need of very fast acting knock out drug in which I don't have . And this is the reason I'm abandoning this method. Importing those drugs is very difficult in my place.
But to those who are interested in this method there's best way to take it. Assuming you'll take it in liquid form (fastest ingestion, fastest onset also which is more lethal). Liquid form finish everything in 1 to 2 min top ! Very fast!
First, you'll need numbing agent to make your tongue can't taste the awful taste of chloroquine. Everybody know chloroquine is worst taste than any other.
You can try clove, phenol, benzydamine hcl, or benzocaine (lidocaine, etc.). But in my case I use benzy hcl mouth wash.
My recommendation, 15 ml for 5 minutes, followed another 15 ml for 5 mins, total of 10 minutes! For maximum numbing power. You may feel little hurt on your tongue. If whenever you feel that the whole tongue has been numbed, do stop.
You must numb your whole tongue ( upper, side, bottom, etc). You should feel the tingling sensations in the upper,side, bottom of your tongue, unless it won't work ! If you feel the tingling you know for sure that area is numbed, and it works !
The way to know if it worked or not is to prepare very bitter drink beforehand and play it around inside your mouth and you'll know which area is not numbed. You may need to redo in case those area is not properly numbed.
Be careful if you're using clove, don't think it's not strong enough. There's one case somebody lost sense of taste permanently due to overusing it.
Second, taste of chloroquine can't fully be masked by benzy. There's still taste of very sour acidic. Apparently benzy can cover the bitter taste (100% after few experiments) but not acidic taste due to phosphate. After few experimentation, I found out that adding baking soda works!
After adding baking soda, the solution bubbles, and after bubbles reside, I test it with benzy. The result is 100% tasteless!!! Man it taste like water !!! No taste whatsoever !
How about the benzo ? Well most of the benzo are pH close to 7 meaning they're not too acidic nor basic, meaning also they're like water, not too bitter. Since benzy block bitter taste 100%, it's not a problem. I can even drink without benzy easily.
Some of you might think how do you know baking soda won't counteract toxicity of chloroquine? Well, I do my experiment by taking little over 1 gr of chloroquine (lethal dose is as little as 2 gr, be careful!) , crushed, diluted in water, ADD baking soda to neutralize acid and drink it. I can feel the symptoms as early as 4 mins, this is the reason I recommend using fastest knock out drug that will knock you out in less than 5 mins. Given that you'll take chloroquine in overdose (very large quantity), the nasty effect may possibly be felt earlier than that (less than 5 mins). Remember chloroquine is rapidly absorbed, very water soluble, bioavailability 90%.
At 24 mins I feel heartache and getting worse and worse until 1 hr later felt little better and completely fine after 2 hrs. But felt something is wrong with my heart for days maybe due to the clearance of chloroquine is very long.
Why 1 to 2 hrs I recover? My guess is because I took only small amount of chloroquine, and the heart successfully fight back. In overdose case, the heart won't be able to overcome the strong toxicity of the drug. Also I read somewhere, if one isn't dead within 3 to 4 hours after taking chloroquine, most probably it failed. It seems that chloroquine cardiotoxicity lessened and finally disappear eventually.
From this experiment I know that baking soda doesn't interfere with toxicity of chloroquine even though my experiment is only "small scale" and can't "really" prove that it's true. But for me, it's just "good enough".
In summary, I'm quite confident with adding baking soda to chloroquine cocktail, taste is amazingly 100% tasteless !!! In about 1 to 2 mins ALL down including benzo and whiskey ! Super fast and reducing anxiety greatly ! It's better to N maybe due to easier of access and faster to maybe.
Unfortunately, like I said before, it's not for me. I wish I live in the country where I can purchase those fast acting drugs easily. My prediction is that I'm going to catch the bus just under 30 mins or so. That said, the fast acting drugs is really important here.
I'm now switching to amitriptyline due to it doesn't require fast acting drugs, just 300 mg diazepam will suffice! The only drawback is that it takes longer to work due to anticholinergic effect.

Use proportional formula to test the sample of your cocktail.
For example:
25 gr/ 200 ml equal to ? Gr/ 10 ml . 25 gr is the amount of chloroquine you'll take, 200 ml is the amount of water you're going to use to dilute 25 gr of chloroquine. ? Gr is the amount of chloroquine you're going to use to test in (in this case) 10 ml of water. I think you can use as low as 5 ml to save chloroquine tablet. The idea is that the concentration on the left (the real cocktail) is the same with concentration on right (the sample), so it's like you take 10 ml of the actual cocktail and test taste it!
Quick Note:
chloroquine deposited in your body tissue for VERY long time!! Meaning it won't leave your body easily, being taken in large amount, it'll take forever!! And it can cause all sorts of things like blindness, kidney failure among many other things. Lesson here is that if you want to take the cocktail MAKE SURE YOU WON'T FAIL !!!
