I'm also interested to know if the socks could be used like that for full? I was pretty close of pushing the bucket, but as I was trying to slowly go down I started to feel the pain in front / trachea I think first (even struggle to speak a bit for a day), and it made me chicken out.

Thinking that padding on the side for the arteries might help with this?

I need an answer ASAP! Where is the best place to attach the knot? I managed to master it but now I'm just scared that the current anchor I have won't be able to hold me for 30 minutes..
it's a rod from my closet 9ECB9320 1EF6 4929 A565 D508471026B4
and it CAN hold me but idk if it can for 30 minutes.. maybe if when I'm unconscious my whole closet will fall on the side since I am pretty heavy… (111 KG)

This is my knot
836B900D 8B21 4B73 93F1 4EAC258ACA71
It's a belt made into a slip knot and I attached it to the rod by opening it from the upper part and then closing it..

What are the most popular anchor points that I can find in a room or a bathroom…

Rather than bending your knees. Could you spread your legs out forward (like a ragdoll, if that image helps!)

Seems like it would be a natural position and one you could end up in if using alcohol to pass out.

I've tried the partial method so many times and I get the face filling up with blood feeling and I start to hear my heartbeat loudly in my ears but I just don't pass out I've set a timer on my phone and I went about 35 seconds and my face was just filling and I wasn't passing out so Idk also I'm 5'3 160 cm and 55kg and the place I tie the knot holding me is inside a large closet and I put the knoose behind my neck idk what to do to pass out quickly because my sl keep kicking in after like 20 seconds and i stand up
I have the same issues. From what I read, if you cut the bloodflow right, you're not meant to feel anything when you pass out. I'm not sure how to get this right. It's frustrating really..
If you feel that pressure in your head, it means that your jugular veins are being constricted, but not your carotid arteries.

The carotid arteries bring blood to your head and the jugular veins drain it out. If you only block the jugulars, all the blood coming from the carotids will accumulate in your head, creating pressure.

The though thing is that the carotids are thicker, more rigid, and stronger than the jugulars, so they're harder to constrict. Therefore, you might need more force or to better position the rope to shut both of them down.

But if you do, you should theoretically have minimal discomfort, just the lightheadedness and dizziness from lack of oxygen in your brain.
I second this. This is what Ive read as well. You don't feel discomfort if you block carotids right.

Yeah the difficulty with this is getting the right spot and pressure. I've only managed to actually pass out once, and I had a few sleeping tablets to help. I literally passed out without realising, and woke some time later choking. Most of the time I can get myself to that fuzzy feeling but SI always kicks in and I back out :/ Even with knowing exactly where the right point is I've found its still quite hard to reproduce exact results

you can do it without padding, you just need the right material, knot, and knot placement

I did it yesterday. Rope right above the mid section of your neck, thight and then hang and relax. Began to pass out within two seconds. SI kicked in but when I tried to stand up again I began to shake and further lose conciousness. Could just hold myself up and after 10 sec my head became clear again. I was almost dead. If I hanged 0,5 sec longer then it was succesfully.

Last week, I have been practicing different ways of doing partial hanging and will share which method has worked the best out of all.

In order to succeed partial hanging, is to fully block the carotid arteries on both sides of your neck, around 80-90% of the blood flow in the blood vessels has to be blocked for this to be guaranteed and quick. Will also share how to overwin your survival instinct.

What's needed for this:

- A rope
A nylon type of rope is recommended but it could be any rope that isn't stretchy and needs to be at least 1cm (0,4 inch) thick if you weigh more than 50kg (110 lbs)

- 2 regular socks
A pair of regular socks (not the extra thicker ones for winter)

- A strong anchor point.
A reliable anchor point, could be anything that will hold your body for at least 30 minutes (wouldn't recommend a doorknob..)

The process:

1. Make a slip knot, there are plenty of YouTube tutorials if you don't know how to do it. Also, hangman's knot will not work for this.

2. Prepare the socks (the socks are gonna be needed to put them against your carotid arteries to achieve the needed pressure because the rope alone can't easily reach there), you will need to fold them both like in this picture:
View attachment 118881

3. Once the rope and socks have been prepared, this is how they have to be put around your neck:
View attachment 118882

4. Find an anchor point and position yourself like in picture below:
View attachment 118884

5. To overwin survival instinct, you need to make sure that your body is not going to be able to save you using its strength. To achieve this, you will need to tie your hands behind your back. For those who consume alcohol, getting drunk helps too.

6. Finally. Kneel yourself down and make sure that both of your knees point to the ground but not touch it.

After doing the last step, you will start to feel like your face is filling up with blood (this is normal, it's the same as if another person chokes you). You are still able to breath normally. It will take between 15-30 seconds to pass out and lose consciousness, depending on how much you weigh.

When I was practicing it, I didn't attach the other end of the rope to the anchor point but instead, I threw the rope over it and was holding the end with my hand, so that when I pass out, my hand go off the rope and lets me fall. This can be done if you just want to practice partial hanging. But be careful.

I once heard a story about a guy who was targeted by sadistic perverted, self aggrandizing cretins. They wanted him to commit suicide but they just didn't really understand him. They frequently tried to goad him with all manner of stuff that just made him angry . . . and the anger only made him want to stay alive that little bit more.

It was the Orwellian nightmare for this targeted soul. 24 7, 365, for years. One of the things they would do, within the targeting program was try and surruptitiously encourage him by posting content of websites he visited. They would indirectly post things like "Suffering will end when the existence does."

Strangely, some time after such a harrowing tale I found myself pondering the afterlife - If there is one? What do you think? Have you ever witnessed or experienced the supernatural? If so, what did you feel about? How do you feel about it? . . . and

What do you believe? - REALLY believe?

Maybe souls have roles in that place? Maybe we come here for different reasons. Maybe some get a refresher course on what it's like to incarnate again. Or to be reincarnated.

thank you for this guide. i've been practicing partial hanging for a while now, but couldn't get myself to pass out. it's kind of a weird method, because it's really hard to get it right. gonna try again tomorrow and see if i can finally pass out.

This is the simplest and effective guide I found for partial. Using socks for carotid compression and low pressure on trachea help with pain. Thanks OP. RIP

sorry, but why your knees can't touch the ground? if you do the way the image shows, is more easy to wake up due the SI
and you can do it in so many positions, you can choice the most comfortably to deal with SI, even layed down, I did a test with the rope tied in my bed

It's because you block the circulation to your brain and the blood is being trapped there. That's the whole purpose of hanging unfortunately 🤷‍♂️
I tried partial before although not as well planned as this. I never use the cloths. Maybe that was the missing piece. I just remember SI kicking in around the eight second mark. And it's hard to get past that. But I think with your technique maybe that's the key to getting past it.

Also I tried doing it from my door knob. And I just kneeled down with my knees touching the ground and pushed forward.

I was wondering if someone could give information for placement of the noose on the neck. I think I understood the carotid artery part, but I'm not sure at what height on the neck the noose should be. I had tried on either side of the Adam's apple but I think it need to be higher or lower. Thank you.

Wondering the same thing, and I haven't found my "sweet spot" to make myself pass out yet

Can't this be achieved by passing out without your hands tied behind your back?
Never considered using socks or padding to help with stopping blood flow. Used this method for my last attempt and SI kicked in so I ended up pussying out 😅 this is helpful though, if I ever want to revisit it. It felt kinda nice, the loss of consciousness
So you were able to make yourself lose consciousness? Any tios on how to not back out of simply losing consciousness? I found the carotids. I don't gag or head full with blood feeling anymore. I found them. I get dizzy and my arms get numb but I keep backing out… just from passing out!

how to do it "perfectly"?
people keep saying that their jugular veins are being constricted, but not the carotid arteries.

"carotids are thicker, more rigid, and stronger than the jugulars, so they're harder to constrict. Therefore, you might need more force or to better position the rope to shut both of them down." - how to do that?

I tried it with 2 cornhole bags and my scarf about one or two weeks ago.
should I try it with socks instead? and is the scarf ok?

pls help :/
thank u for ur time :)

Honestly this will depend on your anatomy. For some people the rope should be around their adam's apple but personally i did it by putting the rope near the base of my neck. The best way to figure it out would be to experiment with putting the rope in different positions/different parts of your neck.

Another thing, if your head feels like it's filling with blood that's how you know youre only constricting the jugulars. When i got it right i found that i lost feeling in my body and got lightheaded. It wasnt at all painful, just unexpected.

Is it going to work? :/ I really need to succed cuz I can't fail again.
I use:
(from Amazon) -> https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0C17QL1KV/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1H16RFUDCL4GK&th=1
and

Are these thing good for that method?
I am also scared that I won't find the right position for these cornholebags (but if the socks are better I can do it with them too).
how do I do that right? I am scared I'll fail.
And how tight has the rope to be? The carotid arteries are a little deeper in your throat but idk how deep.
I don't want to just "reach" it til the jugular veins and get that really uncomfortable feeling and won't pass out.

I practiced it with my hands a few times
I sat on a chair infront of my desk and my elbows were touching the desk. Then I searched my pulse on my throat and was pressing my index, middle and ring finger on it.
Now to the question: Is that what I felt the right feeling I need to pass out?
I feel very weird after not even 1 second. I feel like my breathing is a little restricted, I can't breath very good but It is bearable.
After 3-5 second my hands are starting to tingle/start to get smth like itchy? another 1-2 second later my visoin starts to get black.
I feel very weird...
After 5-10 second I stopped or was "forced" to stop cuz my arms are starting to go "numb" or smth and I let go
When I let go the feeling continues for 'bout 3 seconds and then it gets better in the next 3-5 seconds
Is that right? Does it have to feel like that when u are doing it right?
I need help :/
What do I have to consider?
Do u have any tips?

PS: I am overweight... is there anything special I need to do? :(

Thank u for any help!! I appreciate u <3

I had a semi successful partial hanging. I did it in my car, looping the rope out and over the roof and in through the sunroof. Anchored it to the seat rail. I kneeled forward behind the passenger seat and felt the rope push against my neck. Then for a split second I felt the loss of consciousness and my body went limp and was about to start spasming. When I backed off, my whole body was tingling. Like when you get a dead arm from sleeping on it but throughout your whole body.
