  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I don't want a judgemental response, but just a bit of advice. I self harm, regularly. But it's never deep enough - not to die. Just to release. I can never get it deep enough so end up with stupid and pathetic little cuts.

May be a dark thread but oh well.

To be clear, do you want to cut yourself specifically to die?

I understanding wanting release but you could cause trouble for yourself if you need to go to the ER.

Angle the blade you're using and cut fast. I've ended up with some pretty deep wounds/scarring from accidently doing this, essentially rips open your skin and if you angle it right you can get down into the fatty tissue without actually cutting deep. Use a small blade though, maybe something out of a disposable razor, otherwise you're risking going too deep and needing stitches or other medical care

Best thing I used to cut as deep and easy as possible were surgical scalpels, they're obviously designed to cut through flesh.

Have to be careful using them as it doesn't take much pressure to cut deep.
