I've lost and gained a lot of weight in my life multiple times. It really doesn't make you that much happier. The worst is when the people close to you criticize you over your size. Whenever I lost weight I went into extremes just like I do with everything else in my life, which has landed me in my current situation. I used to spend all day in the gym. Take on of those weight lost supplements. They are loaded with caffeine and if you sit around while on them you feel like you're gonna have a heart take. Take one with a set of weights around you or on a walking trail and you'll be able to exercise for hours. Your burn out quickly like that though. You can lose all the weight you want in a matter of months with a strict lifestyle, but then you'll gain it all back and then some. It's more of a lifestyle change.

Just note that weight is different than shape. I used to do one of two extreme things, the first is intermittent fasting then eating a large meal, the second is strictly eating less and only eating very low calories meals.
You can lose some amount quickly then it becomes harder when its about the ideal weight.

From my experience, it doesn't make me more happier or solve problems but maybe its more fun to move more quickly or something like that.

go 3 -4 days with zero carbs (just eat meat and drink water only) after going 3 -4 days without carbs enjoy a pig out meal... eat and drink whatever and as much as you want don't eat anything after that for at least 12 hours then go another 3 - 4 days without carbs. repeat the same cycle until you lose what you want to lose. I LOST 35 LBS IN ONE WEEK TWICE DOING THIS!!!

Those are pretty unhealthy ways to lose weight. Good ways to develop an eating disorder though.

If you want to do it healthily eating smart and combining exercise that has both cardio and muscle development works very well. Martial arts classes work well. So does running. But it isn't for everyone.

When my life was still a lie I used to mountain bike and road bike a lot. Then I did some running and martial arts training one year. Both worked very well.

All that being said.. this takes a lot of time and effort. Starving yourself is much quicker.

Adderall if you want to do it quick lol! I don't recommend it though, it's basically legal meth and can cause the same harm but might take longer for you to notice. This is a drug that becomes harder for the body to tolerate as you get older so it might just be better to avoid it. Otherwise I have heard the keto genic diet is good plus cardio and weight training.

I can't really offer any advice since I have a genetic condition that makes it nearly impossible for me to gain weight. I'm 6'2" at 15 and weigh just over a hundred pounds, so I just want to make it clear that being skinny isn't that great either, people are still rude to you about it, and it's far from healthy. If you're just a little chunky as you said, I wouldn't even really worry about it.

i don't know about the best but this is what i do:

i train 3x per week on each day i do 120minutes of cardio and full-body routine strength training

i train a different body part, flat bench press on one day, inclined bench press on the next day
by doing this ive noticed good gains in strength on the chest, back and shoulders
not the biceps , they are the hardest to progress

if i had a job i would do cardio everyday, but being without one and with my current mood i only have the will to do it 3 times per week

1200-1800 calories a day (depending on how desperate you are to cut weight) with less than 20 grams of carbs. Give yourself a 6-hour window for eating and fast the remaining 18 hours. Routine exercise is critical to keeping weight off, getting a better physique and boosting your metabolism. I recommend a brisk walk, squats, crunches, pushups & lifting every day. It shouldn't take more than an hour and a half out of your day.

Edit: smoking also suppresses your appetite, and I don't think any of us care about the long-term risks involved, right?

There's no miracle way to do it fast unless you do unhealthy methods which won't be permanent. Eat most of your calories earlier than late in the day if possible. Avoid overdoing the alcoholic beverages because it's like drinking liquid fat. If you can work out obviously that will help. Planning your meals and prepare your meals ahead of time, that way you don't just reach for what's fast and convenient. There's a good supplement that I bought from Alex Jones off the internet. It's the nascent iodine drops. This can help alot with your metabolism and help detox shit in processed foods and fluoride in water.
